Refund Policy

Please read these terms. By placing an order means you accept these terms

Order cancellations

You are always more than welcome to cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery as long as the product is still in its original packaging. Please email us at or call us on 01202 673542. Please have your order number to hand or the delivery address that's on the order. We will refund your order as soon as it has been received back by us but can take 2-5 working days for the refund to clear in your account. A Return postage fee will be deducted from the refund if you cancel after the item has been dispatched but not yet delivered.


Our policy lasts 14 days from delivery. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must have a return ID before returning any item. This ID will be given by us before the goods are collected.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Opened bottle of fuel
  • A used mini bike or quad bike
  • Helmets

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

A return ID number given by us before sending the return back.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • obvious signs of use / broken due to user error
  •  Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • A built bike or quad (If built before delivery the cost of building the item will be deducted from the refund)

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two/three working days.

Terms of Warranty

Due to its size and weight this item is covered by a replacement parts warranty, if your machine develops a fault within the warranty period of 30 days, you need to contact us and we will advise how to best rectify the problem and dispatch replacement parts, without charge providing the faulty parts are covered by the warranty.

Please note customers will be expected to fit the parts themselves, guidance will be available on technical issues.

Any race bikes i.e water cooled mini motos are not covered under any warranty as these are competition bikes. These should only be purchased by people who are able to maintain them.

Any bike/Quad to be returned within 14 days will be covered by mini bikes off-road ltd. Any bike returned after 14 days must be covered by the buyer. (Bike must not have been used) If the bike or Quad has been used we can not offer any refund. We will repair the bike for you but the buyer must cover postage both ways.

By purchasing a bike you agree to these terms

The Following parts are not covered by the warranty on this item.

Drive Chains & Belts;

Fairings/ bodywork (unless damaged during delivery. Photos required within 24 hours of receipt)

Pull Starts or Inner Cogs;

Clutches or Clutch springs

Brake Cables, Disks Callipers and pads;

Exhaust Pipes;

Tyres, Wheels, valves and Inner Tubes;

Spark Plugs;

Any other parts of a similar wear and tear nature to those listed above and any part that has been damaged as a result of an accident, misuse or lack of maintenance.

All our 2 stroke engines require the fuel to be mixed with a 2 stroke engine oil. The mix ratio needs to be 25:1

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £25 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You must let us know within 72 hours if any parts of your order is not present, failing to report this will result in us notbeing able to replace any of the missing items
